The following terms and conditions are applicable from 1 April 2023.
CANDIDATE:
These Referral Rules, established by Wicker Hamilton Limited (the “Company”), apply to all Referrals. By participating in a Referral, you agree to abide by these rules and accept the Company’s final decisions regarding the Referral. The Company retains the right to reject any Referral at its discretion, without prior notice, in accordance with these Referral Rules.
In this Referral Scheme, a candidate referred by another party is considered a Referred Candidate. The person who refers the candidate to Wicker Hamilton is known as the Referee.
A Referral is considered valid if the Referred Candidate enters the Referee’s name and contact details (phone number or email) in the online registration form at the time of registering. The Referral must be noted at the time of registration to be eligible for vouchers.
Referrals must be submitted by an individual, not through an agency or similar entity. Vouchers will only be awarded to the individual who refers a candidate.
Referees are eligible for vouchers up to the value of £200 for successful referrals once the Referred Candidate has begun a permanent position arranged by Wicker Hamilton.
If any of these rules are found to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, the affected rules shall be removed from these Referral Rules, but the remaining rules will remain in full force and effect.
English law governs these Referral Rules and each Referral. Any disputes that arise between the Company and any third party regarding these Referrals shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales (with the exception that the Company may take action against a third party in any other jurisdiction).
