Helping you to find your next role:

We will ask you questions as to your areas of specialty, examples of your work, reasons for seeking a move, what motivates you, what kind of firm you are looking for, cultural fit, billing targets and desired compensation.

With established relationships in place with 200+ law firms in the UK, we will then confidentially approach a select group of hiring partners and speak about you in an anonymised manner to ascertain whether there is a requirement at the moment, or interest in your profile. Once we ascertain interest, we will report back to you, before requesting your express consent to be represented, before disclosing your identity/revealing your CV to our client.

The above approach is where we really add value to job seekers, as a lot of work will go into securing you interviews off-market.

Typically with firms that are not currently publicising their requirements. This also means that if you secure an interview, there will be far less competition vs applying to positions publicly advertised. Finally, by working with us in this way, it means that you do not need to risk sending your CV to other lawyers in the market. It means that you can find out whether the market is interested in you without any public risk of your employer finding out that you are looking for a new role.
