Candidate Referral Policy
Overview
At Wicker Hamilton, we value the power of personal networks and believe great people know great people.
Our Candidate Referral Policy rewards individuals who introduce us to high-quality candidates that we
successfully place.
How the Referral Scheme Works
If you refer a candidate to Wicker Hamilton and we go on to place them in a permanent role, you
will be eligible to receive a £200 / $200 Gift Voucher as a thank-you.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the referral reward, the following conditions must be met:
Valid Referral

The referred individual must not already be known to Wicker Hamilton via our existing database,
active processes, or previous engagement.

The referral must be submitted to us directly via email, referral form, or written introduction.
Successful Placement

A reward is only issued once the referred candidate has been successfully placed in a permanent
position through Wicker Hamilton.
Probation and Rebate Periods

The referred candidate must fully pass their contracted probation period with the hiring organisation.

The client’s rebate period must also have expired with no rebate claim or refund issued.
One Reward Per Candidate

If the same candidate is referred by more than one person, the reward will be given to the first
referrer based on the date and time the referral was received.
Reward Payment
The £200 / $200 Gift Voucher will be issued within 30 days of both the probation period and rebate period being cleared.
Additional Terms

There are no restrictions on the number of referrals you can make, rewards apply per successfully placed candidate.

Wicker Hamilton reserves the right to amend or withdraw this referral scheme at any time, without prior notice.

This scheme does not apply to internal Wicker Hamilton employees.
