About Us

Wicker Hamilton was founded in 2019 with the vision of growing an innovative Legal Recruitment and Litigation Support Consultancy which aims to support candidates just as well as we support our clients; law firms and in-house legal teams.

Our company has experienced significant growth over the past four years, with turnover increasing 2-3 times each year. We now support numerous top UK and US law firms, including those ranked in the UK top 200 and US AM 100.

We have a particularly strong network within Corporate, Commercial and Litigation practice areas.

We aim to separate ourselves from others by providing a personal and professional approach to candidates. Our mission is to always remain candidate-led, individually expert in our field and to champion diversity within the legal profession.

Internally, we have continued to invest in research, technology, and people. We like to think that we have a bird’s-eye view of the legal market and are well placed to advise firms and candidates on the employment market including potential and upcoming M&A and market demands.

We take corporate responsibility seriously, and since our inception, we have offered internships, mentoring, and advice to law and business graduates, equipping them with the tools to succeed.

Looking ahead, we aim to expand our reach into multiple geographies, grow our team, and enhance our delivery rates while upholding our high standards.
